Teacher Feedback Survey

The effectiveness of the GT Teacher Toolkit will be assessed through a teacher evaluation survey created on Microsoft Forms. This survey will gather feedback from educators on the usability, clarity, and impact of the toolkit, including how well the resources support lesson planning, differentiation, enrichment, and social-emotional strategies for GT students. The data collected will be analyzed to identify areas where teachers feel confident and areas that may need additional guidance or resources. By using this feedback, the toolkit can be refined and adjusted to better meet the needs of educators, ensuring that GT students consistently receive research-based strategies and supports. This process directly addresses the stated need by providing actionable insights into how well the toolkit helps teachers implement effective practices in their classrooms.
